Guatemala Los Volcanes
This regional Antigua blend brings together cherry from estates and small producers across Guatemala’s famous Antigua Valley, a region shaped by volcanic soils, high elevations, and generations of coffee expertise. Processed by the team at Los Volcanes Coffee, the lot reflects the precision and consistency they’ve become known for throughout Guatemala.
The cherries are delivered daily to a historic wet mill in Antigua, where they’re sorted, depulped, and fermented for up to 72 hours in temperature-controlled ceramic tanks. After fermentation, the coffee is washed, density graded, and dried either on patios or in mechanical dryers depending on weather conditions. Every batch is carefully cupped and blended by the Los Volcanes quality team to create a balanced and expressive regional profile.
In the cup, expect notes of milk chocolate, caramel and praline, supported by bright fruit character and the clean structure Antigua coffees are celebrated for.
