Heiner works with his brother Wilder and father Don Segundo Lazo. Each has their own farm, but they share knowledge to improve their coffee. For Heiner, specialty coffee is a way to support his family and community while honoring his parents’ legacy. Finca El Rubí is a symbol of resilience and hope.
This unique coffee undergoes a meticulous fermentation process in sealed tanks under CO2 pressure for 120 hours, followed by a thorough washing.
