This is our interim Brazil. Our usual Yellow Bourbon from Henrique will return, but in the meantime, we are offering this coffee from the Cerrado region of Minas Gerais.

Produced by farmers belonging to cooperatives throughout the region, this coffee is a blend of Yellow Bourbon, Mundo Novo, and Obatã varieties. The coffees are naturally processed and dried using a combination of sun drying and mechanical driers.

This coffee has a full, smooth body with notes of dark chocolate, fruit, and molasses. It is a straightforward, full-bodied Brazil designed to hold up well as an everyday dark roast.
