This is our interim Brazil! Our usual Yellow Bourbon from Henrique will be back, but we’ll be featuring this very similar coffee in the meantime. 

This coffee comes from farmers belonging to cooperatives in Brazil’s Cerrado region, in the state of Minas Gerais. The lot is a blend of Yellow Bourbon, Mundo Novo, and Obatã varieties and is naturally processed, with the coffees dried in the sun and mechanical driers.

In the cup, expect notes of chocolate, toffee, and stone fruit, with a smooth body and plenty of sweetness. It’s a classic, easy-drinking Brazil that makes a great everyday coffee while we wait for our usual Yellow- Bourbon to return.
