These beans are grown in Caldas, Colombia, a region known for fertile soils, stable mountain climates, and clean water, ideal conditions for quality coffee. They’re decaffeinated by Descafecol, a Colombian processor with over 30 years of experience. Using a natural Ethyl Acetate (EA) method made from locally sourced sugarcane and spring water, caffeine is removed gently while keeping the coffee’s original character intact. The result is a decaf that still tastes like coffee.
Expect brown sugar sweetness, baked fruit, and spiced apple, with a smooth, balanced finish and no harshness.
