Another micro-region from San Pedro Necta, located at 1,700 Mts. The varieties that we find in this region are majority bourbons. This region has given us great cups of coffee even though climate change has been a big impact, the amazing flavours remain.
The coffee is traditionally produced, with 8 hours fermentation after pulping the cherry, then dried on patio for 8-12 days. Notes of Red Currant, Agave, and Lime.
