This beautiful washed Red Bourbon comes from Rony Asencio I the El Morazon region of Guatemala, which isn't a typical coffee growing region. It is fully washed, fermented overnight after removing the cherry and dried for approximately two weeks in shaded greenhouses.
It displays distinct nutty tones and a smooth buttery finish. Best for drip, Aeropress and espresso. Notes: Salted caramel, pecan, buttery.
